Tree of Life Charter School
A FREE, public school in Ukiah, California, offering a Montessori education to children ages 4 1/2 through 13. Beginning for the 2024-25 school year, we will be serving students in grades TK-8. Any child who is 5 by June 2, 2025 may begin in transitional kindergarten in Fall of 2024. Open enrollment for the 2024-25 school year is in January. Children who turn 4 by September 1, 2025, may begin in transitional kindergarten in the 2025-26 school year.
We are also excited to announce that we are the recipients of the California Community School Partnership Planning Grant. Over the next two years, we will be building the buy-in and capacity of the staff for implementation, better understanding the needs of our community, tailor services accordingly, and engage our educational partners: our families, students, staff, and the broader community. Then, we hope to be the recipients of the California Community School Partnership Implementation Grant, so that we can serve our community in the capacity that it needs. If you are interested in a school that is invested in its students and community, applications for students TK-8 can be electronically filled out and emailed to businessmanager@treeoflifeschool.net or dropped off at the office at 241 Ford Road in Ukiah, CA.
The 2023 adopted LCAP is attached at the bottom of this page. It was adopted on June 21, 2023.
